Hello
My name is Susan Repa, although I often go by Sue. As an experienced Executive & Leadership Coach, I have a deep-seated passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. I firmly believe that empowerment is key to unlocking this potential, and I am dedicated to guiding and supporting my clients on their journey towards personal and professional growth. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and help you achieve your goals.
My Story
I am Susan Repa, an accomplished Executive & Leadership Coach with over 35 years of experience in the social services and healthcare industry. My career path started as a Child and Youth Worker in Toronto, where I worked with troubled youth. Later, I became a director of group homes for youth and adults with autism.
I spent 25 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, including a season with the Toronto Argos CFL team, all while continuing my work counselling young people.
I am a Partial Load Professor in the Faculty of Business at Conestoga College and a certified Executive Coach through the Canada Coach Academy.

This achievement has enabled me to integrate my extensive counselling experience with innovative grief coaching techniques. I am particularly drawn to the unique empowerment grief coaching offers clients, complementing the traditional therapeutic benefits of counselling.
I am also the Special Advisor for Stakeholder Relations and Project Management at the Kemp Care Network, working on the Keaton's House Pediatric Hospice Project.
Over the years, I have developed expertise in working with organization teams, assessing and developing organizational systems, identifying gaps, and working with employees to develop their potential.
Apart from my work, I am a comic book enthusiast and have combined this with my passion for children and youth and my interest in grief and bereavement to author "Grief Squad: Mom’s Sky," a comic/manga-style book for children dealing with grief.

I am an avid golfer and gardener and love spending weekends watching my daughter play tackle football.
As a compassionate and skilled coach, I am committed to helping my clients achieve their personal and professional goals by empowering them to strive for their full potential. Empowering women is at the heart of my coaching practice, where I strive to help them unlock their full potential, embrace their unique qualities, and achieve self-defined success.
